I offer this 1-hour Stress Management Coaching service to those that need one-on-one coaching tailored to your busy lifestyle without the hassle of finding health care appointments or filling out forms.
We take the time to get to know you and develop a personalized stress management tool kit that works for you and/or your group. At the end of the service, you will have the resources and strategies you need to relieve stress anytime, anywhere.
Appointments can take place at the studio or at another location that is most comfortable for you and/or your group.

Red Bird Vitality Transformation Tables are a series of workshops for those that want to learn a little more about stress management but don't want the commitment of clinics or therapy practices. Each workshop is a roundtable discussion with others going through the same things you are. Workshops usually last one hour and are held at the studio.

If you’re looking for space to host an event such as a workshop, class, coaching session, etc, consider the boutique setting at Red Bird Vitality. Available to health and wellness coaches and instructors, Red Bird has 2 rooms available to rent to help support your needs. The Wellness Center will accommodate up to 8 people and is perfect for your meetings or workshops. The Open Floor Space is geared toward events where movement is involved and can hold 8-10 people.
