Magic of Meditation
What is meditation? How does it work? What are the benefits? This complimentary 30 minute class will answer these questions followed by a 15 minute guided meditation. This class is a one time offering for first time visitors.
Soaring to Serenity
This class is designed to free your body physically and mentally.
We start with dynamic and isometric stretching followed by a 20 minute guided meditation.
A class to help you unwind from your day. We will start with breathwork followed by a silent meditation giving you the opportunity to find that quiet place of being in the present moment. Light music will accompany this meditation.
Guided meditation that takes you on an internal scan of your whole body focusing on your muscles, tissues and organs.
Guided meditation focuses on your energy centers, also known as chakras. We will send attention to each of these powerful centers to help you open and activate them. Opening these centers brings your body to life in ways you didn’t think possible, therefore waking the sleeping giant inside you!
Men, this stress management class is just for you! Most men have been programmed to live only in survival mode. Take advantage of this opportunity to chill out with this guided meditation that focuses on releasing stress and the pressures that society places on you.
Geared towards issues executives and business owners face, but open to all, this guided class will focus on breathwork and stress management.
