Leigh follows that same philosophy with her health and nutrition coaching. She gets to know each client's lifestyle and works with them at their level. Understanding that every person is different, she equips and empowers them to make changes and form new habits based on their individual circumstances.

Leigh Sterrett has been helping others change their bodies and improve their quality of life since 2002. She shares her passion for health and fitness through personal training and health coaching. As a trainer, every workout is individually designed and her overall emphasis is on functional exercise in a challenging, creative, and fun environment. This enables her to both educate and empower her clients both physically and mentally. In addition to providing clients with the necessary tools for success outside of the gym, her workouts focus mainly on core and balance, thus building strong, lean bodies from the inside out.
