Becky Marshall will be using tuning forks and light to help ground your body and energy field, open your energy centers (chakras), connect you to the NOW and release tension (emotions/trauma/pain/inflammation) out of the body, its energetic pathways  and biofield. At the end of the day, everything that ails us comes down to a lack of flow.

Lauren Mages will get you moving! Movement is the connection and action necessary for involving all systems of the physical body that might be holding onto memories or narratives that create physical sensations and dis-ease. Experience a somatic practice set to specifically curated music to further assist with bringing light, length and awareness back to your being. 

Leigh Sterrett will guide you through a meditation designed to tap into your heart energy center. Activating the heart center opens the door to our inner self allowing us to not only truly connect with ourselves, but also allows us to see all of the beauty and love that's around us.
