I have learned through my meditation journey that most people think that meditating only has short term mental and emotional benefits. Whereas meditation certainly does have mental and emotional benefits, it also has numerous physical benefits such as lowering high blood pressure and improving your immune system. This class will show you how meditation can improve your overall physical health and wellbeing; therefore, adding years to your life. Transformation Tables are an interactive conversation on a health-related topic to help transform your life. We meet twice a month to educate and discuss how to improve different areas of your life in order to become a better, healthier version of yourself.
